Special travel conditions
Special conditions for package travel arrangements when selling to traders. These conditions also apply to private individuals for each respective part of the package tours.
1. Scope
These special conditions shall be applied when selling package travel arrangements to traders. The provisions in law (1992:1672) on package tours shall not be applied to this agreement.
2. Definitions
Unless otherwise specifically stated, the following terms shall be deemed to have the following meaning in this agreement.
Organizer: Premier Padel Travel
Customer: The person who is responsible for paying for the package tour
Package travel arrangement: An arrangement consisting of two or more travel services such as e.g. transport, hotel and conference
Traveler: The individual or individuals who participate in a Package Travel arrangement
3. The Agreement
The agreement is binding when the Customer accepts the Organiser’s offer. The organizer must confirm the customer’s order in writing by letter, e-mail or SMS without delay.
These special conditions, together with the Organiser’s confirmation, constitute the complete conditions for the Package Travel Arrangement. In addition to this, however, the special conditions set by the Organiser’s subcontractors (e.g. airlines) regarding a certain service or product may also apply.
4. Price and change of price
The total price for the travel arrangement is shown in the confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in the confirmation, payment for the travel arrangement must be made in accordance with this point.
The price is based on the conditions prevailing at the time of confirmation. The organizer reserves the right to increase the price due to changes in exchange rates, new or increased fees, taxes or surcharges (such as fuel surcharges) added after this time.
Unless otherwise specified in connection with the booking, the Premier Padel Travel registration fee is SEK 3,000/person. This registration fee must be available to Premier Padel Travel 14 days after booking the trip or according to agreement
SEK 3,000 of the total price for the travel arrangement is invoiced in connection with the Customer’s acceptance of the Organiser’s offer (registration fee). The remaining part of the price must be paid no later than 45 days before departure. The registration fee is not refunded in the event of cancellation.
For each change in an order already made, the Organizer has the right to charge the Customer SEK 500 per person and change.
Any additional costs due to orders by the Customer after the Organiser’s confirmation are specifically charged with the actual cost plus a fee of SEK 500.
5. Changes to the Agreement
The organizer shall, if possible, accommodate the Customer’s requests for any changes to the agreement.
The organizer reserves the right to, in addition to the fee stated in the previous point, charge the Customer for any subcontractors’ fees in connection with the change.
6. Cancellation of the trip
Cancellation of a booked package travel arrangement must be done in writing via letter or e-mail. In the event of the Customer’s cancellation, the following costs will be charged.
- In case of cancellation of the trip, the registration fee is not refunded.
- If canceled earlier than 60 days before departure: 50% of the trip price
- In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before departure 90% of the trip price
- In case of cancellation 14 days before departure or later 100% of the price of the trip
In the case of cancellation of parts of Package Travel arrangements or single Travellers, the cancellation cost must be calculated on the part of the price that is attributable to the current part or the Traveller. In addition to the cancellation cost stated above, due to subcontractors’ special conditions, additional costs for the Customer may be added. When canceling non-cancelable flight tickets, the cost normally amounts to the full price. Event tickets are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation protection
If the Customer has taken out cancellation insurance, the insurance company’s terms and conditions apply to this insurance.
8. Change of name, etc
The organizer must, if possible, satisfy the Customer’s request for a change of Traveler after the agreement is binding according to point 3. Changing the Traveler is to be considered as cancellation and new booking and the costs for this in this agreement will therefore be applicable.
The customer is responsible for all costs attributable to the change. In addition to the Organizer’s fee, additional costs may be incurred due to subcontractors’ special conditions regarding the service(s) concerned.
9. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not responsible for errors, delays or other damage that is due to law, official action or injunction, war event, strike, natural disaster or other similar circumstance or event beyond the Organizer’s control.
If a circumstance according to the previous paragraph occurs, the Organizer has the right to cancel the agreement. The customer is not entitled to any compensation or damages. If the Organizer cancels the agreement based on this provision, the customer is only entitled to a refund for unused services if and to the extent that the Organizer receives a refund from the subcontractors concerned.
10. Disclaimer
The organizer is not responsible for damage that affects the Customer and/or the Traveler and that is due to the airline, e.g. due to delays, canceled flights, etc. In such a case, the Customer’s or the Traveler’s possible claim must be directed directly against the airline concerned.
11. Complaints and remedies
Customer or Traveler may not claim errors or deficiencies in package travel arrangements unless a written complaint is made to the organizer as soon as possible after the error or deficiency is discovered or should have been discovered, but no later than 14 days after the end of the trip. If possible, complaints must be made at the destination.
12. Customer’s and Traveler’s responsibilities
The Customer and Travelers are responsible for checking all information in the documentation immediately upon receipt of documentation, regardless of the form in which it is received (e-mail or otherwise) regarding the Package Travel Arrangement. If any information is incorrect, this must be notified to the Organizer immediately. The organizer has the right to charge a fee for correcting incorrect information.
The customer and Travelers themselves are responsible for finding out what applies in terms of passports, visas, vaccinations, certificates, etc. which is required for the Package Travel Arrangement.
During the Package Travel arrangement, the Customer and Travelers must follow all reasonable instructions and recommendations from the Organizer and its subcontractors. The customer and Travelers are responsible for damage that they cause the organizer through negligence, for example by not following instructions and regulations provided by the Organizer and its subcontractors.
13. Event Tickets
Events can be moved from the scheduled day, time and place. It is the traveler’s own responsibility to stay informed about event moves. Costs incurred by the traveler as a result of the event changing date, time or location are the traveler’s own responsibility. Event tickets/bookings are not cancelable or refundable regardless of other cancellation rules.
At events with home teams and away teams, there may be rules regarding behavior and dress. It is the traveler’s own responsibility to familiarize himself with what applies regarding this at each event.
15. Premier Padel Travel reserves the right for printing and typing errors on the website, advertising material, booking confirmations, travel information and invoices.
14. Dispute
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled by the Lund District Court.
