Travel conditions
Special travel conditions
Special terms and conditions for package travel arrangements when sold to businesses. These terms and conditions also apply to private individuals for each respective part of the package travel.
1. Scope
These special terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of package travel arrangements to traders. The provisions of the Package Travel Act (1992:1672) shall not apply to this agreement.
2. Definitions
Unless otherwise specifically stated, the following terms shall be deemed to have the following meanings in this agreement.
Organizer: Premier Padel Travel
Customer: The person responsible for payment for the package travel
Package travel arrangement: An arrangement consisting of two or more travel services such as transport, hotel and conference
Traveler: The individual(s) participating in a Package Travel arrangement
3. The Agreement
The Agreement is binding when the Customer accepts the Organizer's offer. The Organizer shall confirm the Customer's order in writing by letter, e-mail or SMS without delay.
These special terms and conditions together with the Organizer's confirmation constitute the complete terms and conditions for the Package Travel arrangement. In addition, the special terms and conditions set by the Organizer's subcontractors (e.g. airlines) regarding a certain service or product may also apply.
4. Price and price changes
The total price for the travel arrangement is stated in the confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in the confirmation, payment for the travel arrangement shall be made in accordance with this point.
The price is based on the conditions prevailing at the time of confirmation. The Organizer reserves the right to increase the price depending on changed exchange rates, new or increased fees, taxes or surcharges (such as fuel surcharges) that have been added after this time.
Unless otherwise stated in connection with the booking, the Premier Padel Travel registration fee is 3,000 SEK/person. This registration fee shall be received by Premier Padel Travel 14 days after booking the trip or according to agreement
3,000 SEK of the total price for the travel arrangement is invoiced in connection with the Customer accepting the Organizer's offer (registration fee). The remaining part of the price must be paid no later than 45 days before departure. The registration fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
For each change in an order already made, the Organizer is entitled to charge the Customer 500 SEK per person and change.
Any additional costs due to orders by the Customer after the Organizer's confirmation will be charged separately with the actual cost plus a fee of 500 SEK.
5. Changes to the agreement
The Organizer shall, if possible, accommodate the Customer's wishes for any changes to the agreement.
The Organizer reserves the right, in addition to the fee specified in the previous paragraph, to charge the Customer for any subcontractors' fees in connection with the change.
6. Cancellation of the trip
Cancellation of a booked Package Travel arrangement must be made in writing via letter or e-mail. In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the following costs will be charged.
In the event of cancellation of the trip, the registration fee is not refundable.
If cancelled earlier than 60 days before departure: 50% of the trip price
If cancelled between 59 and 15 days before departure: 90% of the trip price
If cancelled 14 days before departure or later: 100% of the trip price
If cancelled parts of a Package Travel Arrangement or individual Traveler, the cancellation cost shall be calculated on the part of the price attributable to the relevant part or Traveler. In addition to the cancellation cost stated above, additional costs may be incurred by the Customer due to the special terms and conditions of subcontractors. When cancelling non-cancellable flight tickets, the cost normally amounts to the full price. Event tickets are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation protection
If the Customer has taken out cancellation insurance, the insurance company's terms and conditions for this insurance apply.
8. Name change etc.
The Organizer shall, if possible, accommodate the Customer's request to change the Traveler after the agreement is binding according to point 3. Changing the Traveler is to be considered a cancellation and new booking and the costs for this in this agreement will therefore apply.
The Customer is responsible for all costs attributable to the change. In addition to the Organizer's fee, additional costs may be incurred due to subcontractors' special terms and conditions regarding the service(s) concerned.
9. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for errors, delays or other damage due to legal requirements, government action or injunction, war, strike, natural disaster or other similar circumstances or events beyond the Organizer's control.
If a circumstance according to the previous paragraph occurs, the Organizer is entitled to cancel the agreement. The Customer is not entitled to any compensation or damages. If the Organizer cancels the agreement based on this provision, the customer is only entitled to a refund for unused services if and to the extent that the Organizer receives a refund from the relevant subcontractors.
10. Disclaimer
The Organizer is not liable for damage suffered by the Customer and/or Traveler and which is due to airlines, e.g. due to delays, cancelled flights, etc. The Customer's or Traveler's.
11. Complaints and remedies
The Customer or Traveller may not invoke errors or deficiencies in the package travel arrangement unless a complaint has been made in writing to the organiser as soon as possible after the error or deficiency has been discovered or should have been discovered, but no later than 14 days after the end of the trip. Complaints shall, if possible, be made at the destination.
12. Responsibility of the Customer and Traveller
The Customer and Traveller are responsible for checking all information in the documentation immediately upon receipt of documentation, regardless of the form in which it is received (e-mail or otherwise) regarding the Package Travel Arrangement. If any information is incorrect, this must be immediately notified to the Organiser. The Organiser is entitled to charge a fee to correct incorrect information.
The Customer and Traveller are responsible for finding out what applies in terms of passports, visas, vaccinations, certificates, etc. required for the Package Travel Arrangement.
The Customer and Travelers shall, during the Package Travel arrangement, follow all reasonable instructions and recommendations from the Organizer and its subcontractors. The Customer and Travelers are liable for damage caused to the Organizer by negligence, e.g. by not following instructions and regulations provided by the Organizer and its subcontractors.
13. Event tickets
Events may be moved from the scheduled date, time and location. It is the traveler's own responsibility to stay informed of event moves. Costs incurred by the traveler as a result of the event changing date, time or location are the traveler's own responsibility. Event tickets/reservations are not cancelable or refundable regardless of other cancellation rules.
At events with home and away teams, there may be rules regarding behavior and dress. It is the traveler's own responsibility to familiarize themselves with what applies to this at each event.
15. Premier Padel Travel reserves the right to make corrections and typographical errors on the website, advertising materials, booking confirmations, travel information and invoices.
14. Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled by Lund District Court.
